I could read it in the app, but I easily used the "open in" link to open the unzipped pdf in iAnnotate to read and make notes. I used this app for a while and found another zip app that works better. Apparently now you are no longer able to manage apps through iTunes. Very frustrating.
Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this app to anyone! Apparently if you use the free app and simply want to switch to the pro version this is the same issue. The app I currently use to unzip is the same as the pro version, just with ads. I hope my review will save someone else from this headache! I always groan when one of my musical equipment products has their manuals, MIDI implementation, presets, etc on a Zip file instead of a PDF file because I prefer to read my manuals on my iPad and there was no way to open the Zips.
