In the event that one of these menu items is labeled Connected to the Internet , this means that the Smart TV has been previously connected to the Internet.
Once you see the list of nearby networks, you can click on one of them to connect: if the network you are trying to hook to is free, and therefore is not protected by a password, you can immediately connect to it. If instead you want to connect to your home password protected Wi-Fi network, you will have to type in the password text field the key to access your Wi-Fi network.
To connect to it you will then need to press the Connect button. If you want to connect Smart TV via a wired connection, you will need an Ethernet cable. To connect to the Internet in this case, all you have to do is connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the router that was provided to you by your Internet service provider and take the other end of the cable to the Smart.
